Incredible Labs was founded by a number of investor entrepreneurs from the West of Scotland to make a positive impact to their local community as well as nationally throughout the United Kingdom.
The aim is to achieve this through good governance, mentoring, collaboration and resource allocation where it will have the maximum positive impact to the community.
We are specifically interested in improving Mindhealth and opportunities in the West of Scotland for all.
A philanthropy arm is also underway that builds on charitable activities that the founders and staff hold dear to their hearts.
Greenock born and bred
We grew up with knowledge and awareness of the local world class heritage of creating, innovating and manufacturing globally significant ideas, products and services. Ranging from the backbone of the entire Industrial Revolution - James Watt’s version of the steam engine; Clydebuilt ships that travelled the world; sugar refining for delicious Golden Syrup at locally founded Tate & Lyle’s premises; and IBM & National Semiconductor’s plants.

Graham Soutar
Graham became a Chartered Accountant in 1988 and has been a Corporate Finance partner in Deloittes Hong Kong, partner and investment committee member in 2 Asian Private Equity Firms, CEO of a Scottish Cancer Charity and private investor over the past 33 years.
Blair
Blair is an entrepreneur and private investor from an early age - his entire career has always included the transport and automotive sector and real estate with a primary focus on the West of Scotland. However his business relationships extend across the UK and Middle East.
Lorraine
Lorraine is an inspiring healthcare professional and educator.
